Welcome to Tim's Motel

Tim's Motel, located at 4415 Washington Blvd in Halethorpe, Maryland, offers a straightforward, budget-friendly lodging option for travelers seeking a quiet retreat. With a modest rating of 3.2, this motel stands out for its unique setup of private, cabin-style rooms that blend simplicity with a sense of personal space. Guests often highlight the comforting, homey atmosphere where each room feels like its own little house, providing a level of privacy that many traditional motels lack.

The staff at Tim's Motel receive consistent praise for their warmth and attentiveness, contributing to a welcoming environment that makes returning visitors feel valued. While the motel does not boast extravagant amenities—there is no pool, restaurant, or fitness center—it does offer free parking and Wi-Fi, which some guests find surprisingly missing in select areas, adding a rustic charm to the experience.

One of the motel’s most appealing aspects is its flexible stay options, allowing guests to book rooms for short blocks of time or overnight, an ideal feature for travelers with varying schedules. The environment is notably quiet, making it a great spot for focused work or study, as mentioned by frequent visitors who appreciate the peaceful single cabins. However, some areas—particularly the cabins—lack heating and could benefit from renovation to elevate comfort levels.

Tim's Motel shines as a practical solution for those on a tight budget who value privacy, simplicity, and friendly service over luxury. It captures a sense of genuine hospitality from its owner, El, whose care for guests is reflected in the personal touch evident throughout the property. For visitors looking to explore the surrounding area or simply unwind in an unpretentious setting, Tim's Motel provides a solid, dependable base without unnecessary frills.

Great place to go if you want to get away for a few days. need some renovation upgrading and all that but it's a good place to go to get away trust and Believe this is my new spot to go to when I want to get away my only thing is no Wi-Fi which is still cool my favorite is the single cabin I can study and do my work and it's quiet I love the staff very nice I will definitely be coming back. My favorite is Royal farms I can drive and get some snacks and go right back to my cabin and relax or order something to eat but overall it's a nice place just need some renovation upgrading

I really liked it it was very clean and I felt like every room had its own privacy. Each room was its own private little house? I guess you could say. The rooms were inexpensive inexpensive and quaint. I truly felt safe there. The lady who owned the motel El treated the girls as if they were her own and I only inferred this because of how she Explain to me how there was this one girl who was a regular and with missing and she had told me to be careful giving me the car tdescription and to stay away from any vehicles like that. I remember waking up really late and they gave me extra time to git's a time to get out of my room because I because I had Pat packed all of my things with me basically everything I owned and had to repack it when I left.

Nice sized rooms in the office-side building as opposed to the smaller split "cabins," but there was no heat only AC. Definitely no frills, but they do clean up well in between guests unlike many places of this type. Cool that you can choose to pay for 4-hour blocks, or a whole night. Office staff keep on top of drama and issues down.
